As I mentioned in a previous post, Britt and I are just about to leave on our first solo vacation.

Partly at her request and partly at my own wish just to enjoy and not feel bad about myself, I will be taking a break from writing during the time we are away.

This is not to say that I won’t be doing any writing at all. What I mean is, I won’t be holding myself to the same “X number of words to be done per day” that I’ve tried implementing since the beginning of October. If something occurs to me that I feel needs to be put down (and that is how it often happens with me), then I’ll do so in the evening after we’re done at the parks (assuming I remember).

I’m not sure if there will be any posts during the time we’re away. The majority of my posts are not planned ahead, usually sparked by something that occurred to me on the day in question. I do have some previously written ones from my old blog page that I might use, I haven’t decided yet…
