As you may have gathered from one of my previous posts this month, I had a birthday recently. Which meant I got to indulge myself a little with some book purchases.
Bookshelves
By now I have all the Tor reprints of the first 9 books plus the most recent 9 in hardback. And since so many of the authors attend Albuquerque’s annual convention, Bubonicon, the majority of them are signed.
Kindle Books
Seraphina’s Lament The Jigsaw Blade Fatemarked City of Lies
Priest of BonesKings of Ash Aching God Children of Time Heart of a Dragon
Most of these were due to recommendations on either Twitter or Facebook.
Audiobooks
Steel, Blood & Fire Web of Eyes The Black Company Valley of Embers Fallen Empire The Secrets of Supervillainy Anaerfell Darkstorm Implanted Blackbirds Stone of Farewell The Shadow of the Torturer
Some of these are the first books in series that I’d been meaning to try for some time, some are by authors I know online and had said I’d review and just hadn’t got around to yet.
Review Copies
While these were not specifically given to me, I would still like to thank Joshua Robertson for making these available through his newsletter.
I shouldn’t be short of reading material or potential review subjects for a while.
